Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed and managed by the stores, not by us. Cancel anytime in App Store subscriptions (iPhone) or Google Play subscriptions (Android). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their policies — request one through your App Store or Google Play purchase history. If you're stuck, email us and we'll point you to the right place.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app: Settings → Delete account & data. Without the app: follow the steps here.

Is QuitMyPouch medical advice?

No. QuitMyPouch is a self-help tool for reducing nicotine pouch use — not medical advice, a medical device, or a substitute for professional care. If you're concerned about your nicotine use or your health, talk to a doctor.
