Terms of use

Last updated July 18, 2026

The service

QuitMyPouch is a self-help tool for reducing nicotine pouch use: a personal taper plan, logging, progress tracking, and craving support. By using the app you agree to these terms.

Not medical advice

The app is not medical advice, a medical device, or a substitute for professional care. The in-app self-assessment is not a medical diagnosis. If you are concerned about your nicotine use or your health, talk to a doctor. Nicotine withdrawal can be uncomfortable; stop and seek medical help for any concerning symptoms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use QuitMyPouch.

Subscriptions

QuitMyPouch Plus is an auto-renewing annual subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play. Some offers include a 3-day free trial; unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and renews yearly at the price shown at purchase until you cancel. Manage or cancel anytime in your store account settings — deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Your data

How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and data at any time in Settings.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service — no reverse engineering, no interfering with its operation, no use that breaks the law.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is". Quitting outcomes vary by person; we do not guarantee any health or savings outcome. To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Questions: support@quitmypouch.com. The latest version always lives here and at quitmypouch.com/terms.
